Nominations Appointments

Paris, January 2nd, 2026 - Amundi announces the appointments of Alexandre Lefebvre as Deputy Head of Real Assets and Alternatives, Pierre-Adrien Domon as Chief Executive Officer of Sabadell Asset Management, and Michaël Martineau as Chief Executive Officer of Fund Channel. Furthermore, Claire Chabrier is appointed Head of Direct Investing - Private Markets within the Real Assets and Alternatives division.

These appointments are effective since January 1, 2026.

Biographies:

Alexandre Lefebvre, Deputy Head of Real Assets and Alternatives

Alexandre Lefebvre has worked for Amundi since 1999, starting as a financial operations and external growth project leader at Credit Lyonnais Asset Management until 2004, then being responsible for Asian entities development coordination at Credit Agricole Asset Management. In 2010, Alexandre became Chief Operating Officer of Amundi Iberia in charge of supervising the control and development functions for Amundi Group’s Spanish subsidiary. He then moved to Amundi London, where he was head of Institutional Portfolio Management for the Amundi Emerging Markets platform after having been head of the investment specialist team for the Global Fixed Income platform. In 2020, he was appointed CEO of Sabadell AM. He is appointed Deputy Head of Real Assets and Alternatives for Amundi in 2026.

Alexandre holds a degree from Telecom Business School and a MSc in International Finance from HEC.

Pierre-Adrien Domon, Chief Executive Officer of Sabadell AM

Pierre-Adrien Domon began his career at Natixis Axeltis in London (now Euroclear FundsPlace) as a client relationship manager and then as Business development manager for institutional and distribution networks. In 2009, he joined Fund Channel, the leading B2B fund distribution platform, as CEO of the Swiss subsidiary. In 2012, he became Head of Business Development for Fund Channel Group in Luxembourg. Pierre-Adrien was appointed Deputy CEO of Fund Channel Group in 2019, then CEO of Fund Channel in 2020. He is appointed CEO of Sabadell AM in 2026.

Pierre-Adrien holds an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School, France.

Michaël Martineau, Chief Executive Officer of Fund Channel

Michaël Martineau has more than 25 years of experience in banking, finance and technology. He began his career in Paris before joining Fund Channel’s headquarters in Luxembourg in 2009 as an IT manager. He subsequently moved into roles covering operations, IT and product strategy, serving as Chief Operating Officer from 2019. In 2025 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Fund Channel - Products, Strategy and Innovation, and became CEO of Fund Channel in 2026. Michaël played a key role in transforming the platform through major projects and recently led the launch of Fund Channel Liquidity, a solution designed to meet corporate treasurers’ needs.

Claire Chabrier, Head of Direct Investing - Private Markets within the Real Assets and Alternatives division

Claire Chabrier started her career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen in audit and transaction services. She has 25 years of experience in private equity. In 2002, she joined the team of Societe Generale Asset Management (SGAM), overseeing private equity in Eastern Europe. She joined the Amundi Private Equity Funds (Amundi PEF) teams in 2011, most recently as a Managing Partner. Amundi PEF invests in the capital of non-listed SMEs and mid‑sized companies. Claire has been appointed Head of Direct Investing - Private Markets within Amundi Real Assets and Alternatives division in 2026.

Claire Chabrier served as President of France Invest, the association representing private equity, infrastructure, and private debt asset managers in France, from 2021 to 2023.

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Taxation from Université Paris‑Dauphine.
