Céline Boyer-Chammard, Head of Sustainable Transformation and Organization, member of the General Management Committee of Amundi
Céline Boyer-Chammard joined Amundi in June 2022 as Chief Sustainable Transformation Officer. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group. As a member of BCG’s Financial Institutions, Responsible Finance and Technology Advantage practices, she supported numerous large international clients (banks, asset managers, insurance companies) in major business transformations. She acted as European co-leader for Sustainable Finance. She also worked for Crédit Agricole Group for several years, in particular on the topic of Responsible Finance and Investment.
Céline holds a degree from l’Ecole Polytechnique and l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. She also holds a MBA from INSEAD
Olivier Mariée, CEO of CPR AM and Head of JVs supervision of Amundi, member of the General Management Committee of Amundi
Olivier Mariée spent his career within AXA Group and has in-depth knowledge of the wealth management industry and its clients.
Olivier joined Amundi in September 2021 from Direct Assurance (Axa Group) where he was CEO since 2020. Prior to that, he was Sales Director of Axa France from 2017 where he was responsible for defining and implementing the distribution strategy, marketing strategy and sales promotion. He was also responsible for the sales teams of the Life business lines (Savings, Pensions, Provident, Health) and the distribution networks for Axa France.
From 2012-2017, Olivier was CEO of Axa Wealth Management and Head of Life & Savings business lines at Axa France during which he was actively involved in the creation and development of Axa Wealth Europe in Luxembourg.
Prior to 2012, Oliver was Marketing Director of the AXA Group, having previously held several senior positions in Japan and the United Kingdom from 1999.
From 1997-1999, he was Head of Private Banking at AXA Investment Managers. Olivier joined AXA Group in 1992 as a Sales Manager in the Prévoyance & Patrimoine Agents network of Axa France
